TALENTED musician King Promise, aside from his well-known singing prowess, proved that he has also got a knack for style when he emerged the biggest winner at the fifth edition of the Glitz Style Awards.

The singer bagged two awards, the highest on the night, at a star-studded event at the Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra Saturday night.

The ‘Bra’ singer, born Gregory Bortey Newman, beat KiDi, Becca and Stephanie Benson to emerge Artiste of the Year.

He was also adjudged the Social Media Style Influencer of the Year after beating Lharley Lartey, Debbie Beeko and Fella Makafui.

The annual Glitz Style Awards celebrates individuals setting trends and raising standards with their fashion style.

It also seeks to strengthen the country’s growing fashion industry by establishing, developing and promoting international industry standards here in Ghana.

The Glitz Style Awards serves an opportunity for the fashion industry to celebrate and promote the extraordinary creative talents in Ghana and across the African continent.

Rapper M.anifest won Individual Style of the Year while actress Yvonne Okoro was honoured with the Glitz Africa Style Influencer of the Year.

Former First Lady Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings, Joe Mettle, Mzbel, Fiifi Coleman, Mai Atafo, Eazzy, Adomaa, Beverly Afaglo Baah, Akumaa Mama Zimbi were among some of the personalities who attended the awards this year.
